Pandit Dhirendra Shastri was attacked on the sixth day of the Sanatan Hindu Ekta Padyatra, which is being held under his leadership. During the padayatra, someone threw a mobile phone at Peethadhishwar Pandit of Bageshwar Dham to attack him.

According to sources, the mobile phone was thrown along with flowers to welcome it during the yatra.

The mobile phone directly hit Dhirendra Shastri’s face.
