How do you answer the question “Where are you in five years?”

Career development expert Simon Ingari explained TUKO.co.ke how to answer the question “where are you in five years” in interviews.

According to Ingari, the employer wants to know if the candidates are ambitious or the kind of people who secure their jobs and forget about themselves.

“Answer the question by saying how you plan to continue your education and grow professionally as you work to meet your employer’s goals. It’s important to link your goals to the employer’s goals because no employer would be willing to hire and invest in a newbie who will leave their organization in a year or less after investing in the individual’s training,” he explained. .
