The court issued a decision confirming the indictment, which can be appealed to the Appellate Court in Nis, it was confirmed for Tanjug in that court.

On September 24, the prosecution submitted the indictment against the suspects to the court for confirmation. The indictment charges SJ and DD with the criminal offense of aggravated murder in complicity, while RD is charged with the criminal offense of assisting the perpetrator after the commission of the criminal offense and failure to report the criminal offense and the perpetrator.

In the indictment, the prosecution suggested that the court sentence DD and SJ to life imprisonment.

It is suspected that DD and SJ first hit a two-year-old girl with the car of JKP “Vodovod”, where they were employed, and then put her in the vehicle on March 26 in Banjsko polje near Bor.

It is suspected that they threw her body at a landfill, from where it was later moved. The girl’s body has not yet been found.

RD is suspected of helping his son move the girl’s body.

DD’s own brother, DD, died on April 7 in the premises of the Police Department in Bor during detention.
